⚠️ This is a standalone document. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice ("this Notice") supplements Glowkin's main Privacy Policy and is a separate, standalone document required under Washington's My Health My Data Act ("MHMDA") and, where applicable, Nevada's similar consumer health data law. It contains only what those laws require — no marketing language or unrelated content.

This Notice applies to Consumer Health Data ("Health Data") collected through the Glowkin iOS app and related backend services (the "Services").

Changes: We may update this Notice from time to time. Any updated Notice is effective when posted. Where required by law, we will notify you directly of material changes.

1. What Is Consumer Health Data?

Consumer Health Data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that reveals or suggests your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.

2. Sources of Health Data

Glowkin collects Health Data directly from you — through onboarding, profile setup, daily logging, skin check-ins, and photo capture/upload inside the app.

Glowkin does not currently integrate with Apple Health, Google Health Connect, wearables, or any other third-party health platform, and does not collect this data from any source other than what you enter directly in the app.

3. Types of Health Data We Collect

Depending on which features you use, Glowkin collects:

• Skin-related information: skin photographs (Photo Tracker), self-reported skin type and concerns, daily skin ratings, AI Skin Analysis scores (overall score and per-axis scores for breakouts, pores, texture, redness, wrinkles, dark spots) with short observational reasoning text, and skincare routine information
• Reproductive health information: menstrual-cycle information, if you opt in to cycle logging — last period start/end dates, selected period dates, average cycle length, average period duration, and a derived cycle phase (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, or luteal). Glowkin does not collect cycle symptoms.
• Sleep information: sleep duration in hours, if logged. Glowkin does not collect a separate sleep-quality score.
• Hydration information: water intake amount, if logged.
• Diet information: category selections only (e.g., high sugar, dairy, alcohol, vitamins). Glowkin does not collect free-text meal diaries.
• Mood / stress information: a 1–5 self-reported rating, if logged.
